As a member of our Dentologie doctor team, you can expect: - Compensation: 32.5% of adjusted net production (with daily rate through first three months) - Signing bonus: $5,000.00* - Average first-year dentist earnings of $254,000 - Robust PPO patient flow, averaging 50-70 new patients per month - 8-12 treatment patients per shift (plus hygiene checks with our hygienists) - Monday-Friday schedule (average 34-37 hours) w/1 Saturday per month. - Full benefits, including commuter allowance and scrubs - Vibrant employee culture and collaborative provider community - Ability to grow skillset through mentorship and annual Continued Education - Doctor Development Track, including 3-month continuum with implant training and live endodontic workshops. The ideal candidate would be a skilled doctor focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry, be a positive impact to the employee culture, and be an amazing person! Responsibilities: - Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes. - Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities. - Correct bite issues and overcrowding. - Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners. - Prescribe medications for dental problems, such as pain medications or antibiotics. - Order diagnostic measures, such as x-rays, models, etc. - Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, or mirrors, to examine and treat teeth. - Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to them. - Manage positively and communicate with other staff members to provide outstanding care to patients. - Diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases. - Routinely follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email. - Manage patient experiences, patient expectations, circumvent negative experiences and create positive outcomes for those experiences.
