Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: General: Controls, schedules, and executes all required equipment maintenance (preventative and otherwise). Controls, schedules, and executes all required facility maintenance and repairs. Maintains Triad ERP Database to document repairs. Directs activities for assigned ancillary personnel. Generates Purchase Orders, and as needed, acquires all necessary supplies. Generates, issues, and maintains Preventative Maintenance Work Orders. Leadership: Be able to listen and direct small groups. Work inside of the safety program with performance of Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety huddles.
