Job Description: Home Attendants monitor the condition of people with disabilities or chronic illnesses and help them with daily living activities. Responsibilities: Helping patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. Assist with daily activities Including: cleaning, laundry (1W), Shopping (1W), Meal preparation, Escort, Assist with medications, Dressing, etc. Performing basic health care services for patients. Helping with general light housekeeping. Making transportation arrangements as needed. Observing and reporting on patient's condition. Keeping up with in-service training. Assisting client with transferring or repositioning (walking/ambulation, and exercise). Client is bedridden and will need assistance. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL DAYS AND WORK THE SCHEDULE MENTIONED BELOW. We are small 6 care home facility in Antioch Ca, looking for compassionate, dedicated and patience caregivers. Applicants must be 18yrs and above, must have an authorization to work in U.S., will be able to clean, prepare meals and give medications. Must be professional in approaching people. Must be fingerprinted prior to hire. Our shift starts at 8am to 5.30pm. Both full-time and part-time needed. Our Live-in (only) gets free three meals.

Caring for 85 year old female , she can walk , has a walker and some mobility issues. Aide would need to hygenically thouroughly clean patient , light house keeping light meal prep. Other than help with her personal hygiene , basically just companioning. This potential p/t position will be Mon & Thurs approx 10 am-2 p.m. and possibly more days and or hours in the future ? This is private pay 20.00 per hour to start.
