Description

Seeking aide/companion to join cheerful family-based support team for a developmentally delayed sweet woman with epilepsy. Location South Novato. Preference is for female due to personal nature of the job. Schedule Tue-Sat 10am-6pm $25/hr taxes deducted. Duties include: drive her to errands and appointments, assist her independence as necessary with showers and dressing, simple cooking, banking, internet use, laundry, shopping, housework. Please have clean CDL and car in good working condition. Legal working status. She loves listening to music, dancing, doing puzzles and likes to be “silly” a lot. She's lively, happy and very outgoing. Looking for someone with patience, previous paid experience with special needs if possible, sense of humor, fit and able to handle stairs with ease, clear written and spoken English.
