Direct Care Worker - 35 hours per week - day program (no nights or weekends) - $15.35 per hour - work with developmentally disabled adults - we provide training - teach fun time activities, daily living skills, socialization, etc. Benefits available after 3 months, 10 paid holidays*, Time Earned Hours after 6 months (approximately 100 hours per year*). *Must meet criteria. Part time Housekeeper for Senior Living Community Tuesday 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Wednesday 8 AM to 12 PM and Thursday 8 AM to 4:30 PM The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties assigned to apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities. • Clean public areas and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture, and common areas. • Perform all housekeeping duties including: o Distributing laundered articles and linens o Changing beds o Cleaning public restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed. o Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors; cleaning rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies o Dusting furniture and equipment o Polishing metalwork o Washing walls, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills • Performs all laundry duties, including: o Washing and drying resident laundry and textiles in provided appliances. o Folding and/or hanging laundry appropriately o Distributing laundered articles and linens o Changing bed linens. • Maintain resident laundry areas, including mopping floors, washing walls, and checking lint traps regularly. • Wash windows at reasonable heights throughout the community as requested. • Keep utility and storage rooms in clean and orderly condition. • Disinfect and sanitize equipment and supplies. • Stock the cleaning cart with supplies.
