Our patients appreciate our ethical standards, welcoming atmosphere, and professional staff. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and professional RDA who values teamwork and is ready to support our experienced dental team primarily in restorative dentistry. Our practice is fully SARS-CoV-19 compliant, and all PPE is provided. Responsibilities: • Take digital X-rays and intraoral photographs • Assist the dentist during procedures, including charting and instrumentation • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab areas • Ensure timely management of lab cases • Communicate clearly with patients and front desk staff about treatments • Assist with inventory management and clinical supplies • Support the front office as needed • Proactively manage workflow to help the practice run efficiently Skills & Abilities: • Proficiency with computers, digital radiographs, and practice management software (Dentrix experience preferred) • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Creative problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of OSHA standards for disinfection and sterilization procedures Equipment Used: • Autoclave (Ritter Midmark) • Digital X-rays (Dentrix) • Intraoral camera • Ultrasonic cleaner If you are looking for a rewarding position within a supportive team environment, we’d love to hear from you!
