Looking for an office assistant for an established acupuncture office Hiring a team player that is friendly, responsible, hardworking and detail oriented. This is for a busy acupuncture practice that wants someone with an energetic attitude and a caring heart. We are hoping for someone with good communication skills. We will train for the job. Good computer skills are a plus. Being bilingual is a plus. Office tasks include but not limited to 1.Take calls 2.Book Appointment 3.Take Payment 4.Check all forms are filled out by patients 5.Room the patients 6.Clean treatment rooms after a patient leaves and keep tidy of all areas and floors 7.Cleaning cupping cups and do laundry when needed 8.Insurance verification 9. You will be working with a very athletic, high functioning 25-year-old young man with developmental disabilities.
