We're searching for a candidate who can: Supervise and coordinate front-of-house activities to ensure efficient and timely service. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail selections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude. Proficiency in using restaurant POS systems and other business software.
