Fume Bistro and Bar in Napa is looking for an experienced, dedicated, and hard working Sous Chef with experience in farm fresh American and global cuisine. (check out our web site, fumebistro.com) Fume Bistro and Bar has been a locals favorite restaurant since its beginning over 20 years ago. We do a up-scale American comfort type cuisine, focusing on fresh in the season local produce and products. We are looking for a reliable, responsible person that has sharp cooking skills, good organization skills, and is able to delegate and follow thru with projects on the daily. We are a busy restaurant that is still growing and we are looking for a Sous Chef with the energy and the desire to grow with us. We are part of a group of restaurants (we have Sunshine Café and North Bar and Grill too) that take pride in serving the very best breakfast, lunch and dinner for the money. We take the freshest seasonal products and let them shine. We work as a team and support every member as a part of our team. Salary is based on your contribution.
