Meju is a Michelin star traditional Korean fermentation restaurant. Little Banchan Shop is a small cafeteria/retail shop specializing in healthy Korean food. Both are in the same location sharing same kitchen. We are seeking to hire an experienced Full-Time Sous Chef. Must have 5 years experience in a fast-paced, high quality NYC restaurant. Experience in Korean food not required but Asian food is preferred. 5 day work week. $72k-$75k Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday! Must speak English and legally able to work in the US.
