Other prep duties include portioning ingredients for service like deli meat, veggie sausage and mixed greens. Prep team members also help prepare hot food for guests during peak hours, as needed. About the job: - Must be able to lift at least 50+ pound bags of dry goods like cane sugar, flour, nuts etc. - Must be capable of being on your feet for 8 hour shifts (outside of break periods). - Part time, 24 hours, 3 days a week: Monday through Wednesday from 6:30 am - 3 pm. - Pay starts at $18/hour plus tips. Hourly tips earned are about an additional $10/hour on top of your hourly wage.
