Little Sky seeks Farmers Market Sellers for various locations on the Peninsula and South Bay, including the Menlo Park and San Jose areas. Position Description: We are looking for a bread and baked goods enthusiast with customer service experience for an opportunity to work in our Farmers Markets. The ability to drive and work in multiple locations is not required but is considered a plus. This role is the primary point of contact for all customers. Candidates must be friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of Little Sky’s offerings (after training, of course!). We currently have part time and full time schedules available and weekday availability is required. Responsibilities include: - Provide a friendly, welcoming environment. - Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all of Little Sky’s products. - Engage in sampling throughout the shift. - Act as the primary point of contact for all customer service interactions. - Maintain a clean and beautiful canopy space by ensuring that all sidework is complete, supply pars are maintained and products are merchandised throughout the shift. - Ensure all health and safety standards are maintained. Compensation: $18-$22 per hour (plus tips), sick pay, employee meals. Employees typically make an average of $25-$35 per hour (including tips).

CHIEF ENGINEER RAMADA HOTEL (DORHESTER)
The Chief Engineer has experience working in a hotel setting. The Chief Engineer will supervise the maintenance team and responsible for the physical condition of the hotel to ensure highest standards of guest satisfaction within allotted budget. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This is a FT position with on call responsibilities. Responsibilities · Hands-on daily management and supervision of the Maintenance Department including scheduling, hiring, training, and coaching of staff. Overseeing engineering operations and expenditures. · Collaboration with General Manager in preparing the annual budgets. Daily inspections of units under maintenance. · Participating in walk-through with management to ensure residences, public areas, and heart of house areas are well maintained and preventative maintenance processes are in place. · Presenting recommendations for property improvements to General Manager. Providing information to General Manager to determine the need of utilizing outside contractors. · Overseeing all capital construction and major maintenance projects. Obtaining certificates and permits and setting up a renewal monitoring program.
