Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on customer service, staff training, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Duties Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Utilize POS systems such as Revelfor transactions and reporting. Implement and maintain food safety standards in compliance with health regulations. Handle cash management, including daily reconciliation of cash drawers. Develop and execute training programs for new hires to enhance team performance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food production and presentation. Manage shift schedules to optimize labor costs while meeting service demands. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols. Experience with inventory control and budgeting practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Background in casual dining settings is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Familiarity with culinary practices, kitchen management, and food production techniques is a plus. Previous experience in supervising staff, conducting interviews, and managing shifts is essential.
