It offers a culinary journey that transforms the familiar into uniquely crafted and gorgeously presented dishes. A deeply personal project, the restaurant honors the spaces where David’s desire to cook first took hold, its name referencing his childhood home in Upstate New York. David's cooking style is characterized by simplicity, precise execution, elegant plating, and an element of surprise achieved through unexpected textures and hidden elements. The local product that initially drew David to San Francisco has remained a cornerstone of his culinary approach, first at Marlena, the Michelin-starred restaurant that he and Serena opened in 2020, and now at 7 Adams, opening in 2023. Drawing on local produce and capturing nuanced seasonal moments, 7 Adams also celebrates Serena’s roots in Northern California. We are seeking a SERVER and BACKWAITER, both should be experienced and energetic individuals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for food and beverage. REQUIREMENTS: *At least 3+ years FINE DINING pre-fixed menu experience and the desire to grow and learn within our team. Benchmark Pizzeria seeks a line cook for 4 shifts per week, Saturday-Tuesday.(start time 2pm, finish 9:30-10pm). This same person would ideally also be skilled at washing dishes for nights when we need a substitute dishwasher. We offer wood fired pizza and would prefer someone with experience working with a wood fired oven, but will consider experienced line cooks to train for this skill. Must: -Have at least 1 year experience as a full time line cook -Be able to work weekends, SAT and SUN both. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years experience in the service industry, comfortable with high volume, wearing multiple hats (a little bartending experience would also be great but not necessary) and wants to work full time. It’s a strange world right now, I get it, but we need someone that find the silver lining in things. Knows how to smile and can stay positive, no matter what. We need you to have experience. Being a server is not rocket science but it DOES require some extra ordinary skills. You’ll need to be able to handle it when it’s busy. Multiple things at once is NORMAL while serving. Must be available weekends and Sundays without exception. Must LOVE to work. If taco’s and tequila are beneath you, then you go champ…unfortunately not here.
