Spenard Roadhouse is searching for an experienced, creative, professional PM Sous Chef.Must be available to work night and weekend shifts. Role/Responsibilities include:Working with Executive Chef, develop seasonal menu items and monthly specials and train team to execute. Manage the line, prep, and dish crew during dinner service.
