Meals: Lunch and dinner Mon–Fri (daily); chef handles 2 meals/day (breakfast is light self-serve: yogurt/cereal/pastries). Style: Family-style/build-your-own bars; rotating global menus; allergen/dietary options (veg/vegan + GF daily). Ops: Shop, prep, cook (on-site or finish on-site), set up, host, and clean up; maintain budget, portions, and inventory. Hiring: (1) quick screening call, (2) paid work trial one day, (3) offer and start date About You: 3-5 years pro kitchen/catering/private chef experience, high-volume family-style service, food safety-certified (or willing to obtain), organized, budget-minded, great communicator To Apply: short intro + resume/portfolio or IG/site, 2-week sample menu (Mon-Fri lunch and dinner), estimated cost per head (food and labor)
