Job Title: Front of House Manager Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC Job Type: Full-Time About Us: Central Park Tavern is PMac's Hospitality's newest restaurant and bar! We are a high-energy elevated sports & cocktail bar located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, known for great food, refreshing drinks, and an unbeatable game-day atmosphere. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring excellent guest service and efficiency Lead and support the host, server, and bar teams, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to uphold service standards Address guest concerns or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction Monitor floor operations, ensuring tables are turned efficiently and guests are accommodated Work closely with the back-of-house (BOH) team to ensure seamless food and drink service Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and ensuring accurate cash handling Support marketing initiatives and promotions, especially for game days and special events Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a FOH Manager or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bar Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Ability to work nights, weekends, and game days Hands-on, proactive approach to operations and guest service Food Handler’s Permit, TIPS Certification preferred Perks: Competitive salary Health benefits and paid time off Opportunities for career growth within the company Employee discounts and perks
