🕒 Employment Type: Part-Time (30–35 hours/week) ________________________________________ Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our property in top condition. This hands-on role involves maintaining guest rooms, common areas, and the exterior of the property to ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, equipment, and public areas. • Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs. • Maintain the hot tub, including daily chemical checks and monthly maintenance. • Address plumbing issues such as clogged drains, leaking faucets, and ice machine repairs. • Assist with painting, drywall, plaster, and general property repairs. • Perform lock, window, and fixture repairs when needed. • Support the housekeeping and front desk team with timely maintenance needs. • Maintain outdoor areas: landscaping, sprinklers, snow removal, and walkway clearing. • Monitor and maintain fire safety systems. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of hotel/motel/property maintenance experience (required). • Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, and methods. • Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. • Physically fit with the ability to lift weight as per industry standards and handle repair tasks in a variety of conditions. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. • Must be willing to work weekends, handle emergencies, and occasionally work overtime. • Driver’s license preferred. ________________________________________ Schedule & Pay • Part-Time: 30–35 hours/week • 5 days a week, including weekends (approx. 6–7 hours/day) • Pay: $17.00 per hour ________________________________________ If you take pride in your work, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a supportive hospitality team, we’d love to hear from you! 📩 Apply today with your resume and relevant experience.
