No one has an assigned area of focus, so you’ll essentially act as a support for one another when things get busy by stepping in where needed, restocking, etc. Since we are a small group, we all pride ourselves on having each-others back, communication, and most of all kindness. Life is stressful enough that we want work to be a place where it doesn’t need to be. We won't sugar coat it, when it's busy, you'll work up a sweat and its difficult to determine where you’re needed most at times.
