Night Shift Baker - Acme Bread Ferry Building (financial district)

The Acme Bread Company is looking for an addition to our staff of friendly, dependable and energetic night bakers at our location in San Francisco’s Ferry Building. Duties will include dividing and hand-shaping bread dough, monitoring proofing, baking in our deck and rack ovens, cleaning, and maintaining production records. For the right candidate, there is potential to be trained on tasks such as mixing. This position will start as a temporary role, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate. The schedule will be for five (5) overnight shifts per week. Full availability is required; please expect to work weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.
