About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and experienced culinary professional to join our Kitchen Team as Chef de Partie. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure food preparation, presentation, and quality control meet Cuerno’s standards.
Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed.
Monitor inventory to ensure adequacy of supplies and ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality dishes.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Chef de Partie or senior kitchen role, preferably in a fine-dining or Mexican cuisine environment.
Fine dining or Mexican cuisine experience is a plus.
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations.
Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks:
Salary Range: $65k-$72k annually, based on experience
