Lingo is hiring PT weekend brunch busser (Greenpoint)

Lingo is a Michelin guide Japanese American restaurant in a prime Greenpoint location right next to Transmitter Park. We’re looking to add a talented, passionate and diverse individual willing to provide our customers with an amazing guest experience to complement our innovative New American cuisine with Japanese influence. ***Please ATTACH your resume and brief reason why you could be a good fit for us!*** Busser-- The main responsibilities of this position is to ensure all tables finished eating are cleared and reset quickly, silverware is polished, and ensure ice is stocked behind the bar. Description: -Assist servers/bartender as necessary -Clear and reset tables, quickly and efficiently, according to restaurant standards -Stock and maintain side stations -Check all silverware for cleanliness, defective pieces -Proper stacking of soiled plates and glasses in the dishroom - Polish silverware -Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant -Water service -Pre bus tables -Fold napkins -Stock and maintain restrooms -Minimum of 2+ years of NYC bussing experience - Weekend brunch shifts Saturday and Sunday -Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds or more.
