You greet every guest with warmth, manage the flow of the dining room, and help ensure that each shift runs smoothly. You will work closely with management and service staff to provide a thoughtful and elevated guest experience. A French Rotisserie is first and foremost a rotisserie “à la broche” — on the spit. We roast all of our meats on a spit, in true tradition, to bring a little French flavor to Brooklyn cuisine.
