The Caviar Co. seeks a highly motivated Line Cook to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional culinary experience to our guests. This is a part-time role with shifts assigned based on the needs of the business. Please provide a resume with detail of your recent work experience to be considered. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *Execute our menu of caviar bites and flights, and support in the creation of new and innovative caviar-centered dishes. *Follow and execute daily and weekly prep lists. *Ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards and that all health and safety regulations are followed. *Support with daily and weekly inventory tracking. *Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and ensure that all equipment and supplies are stored properly. *Kitchen set up, break down, and dishes. *Work closely with the Kitchen Lead and FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience Qualifications: *2-3 years of kitchen experience - fine dining preferred *Strong attention to detail *Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Self-starter with the ability to identify and manage opportunities for continuous improvement *Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food handling practices *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed *Must have a current CA Food Safety Certification *Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship Physical Requirements: *Must be able to work standing on your feet for at least 8 hours per day *Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds *Must have color vision and depth perception for food preparation and food presentation *Must be able to grasp, seize, turn, reach, and hold objects with hands About the Tiburon Champagne Lounge We have a small garde manger kitchen where caviar flights and small caviar-centric dishes are prepared for a 37-seat (patio included) restaurant.
