Made from scratch daily, our team is dedicated to quality and consistency in all that we do. SUMMARY OF POSITION As a Kitchen Team Lead at Broders Cucina Italiana, your top priorities will be to ensure the kitchen consistently delivers a quality product and upholds standards of cleanliness and organization. The role requires the ability to set up and execute systems, delegate tasks to team members, and work effectively with people to achieve a common goal. You'll be responsible for the success of service, delegating tasks, checking the quality of plates before they go to guests, completing prep lists, receiving, and ordering. RESPONSIBILITIES + DUTIES + PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES ● Monitor food preparation and ensure quality on a daily basis ● Understand the menu and recipes ● Collaborate and communicate with FOH leads on daily service needs ● Organize prep lists daily to set the team up for success ● Uphold the highest standards for cleanliness and organization at all times ● Self-awareness under pressure and maintaining the ability to communicate clearly ● Possess an attitude and drive to learn, grow, and develop to become a better version of yourself through working with us ● Work closely with BCI team members to ensure daily success in service ● Be able and willing to stand for long periods on hard surfaces ● Be able to lift and move heavy (40lb+) supplies throughout the day ● Receive, check in, and put away deliveries ● Support trainings and new menu item rollouts ● Complete and oversee daily prep list execution ● Delegate tasks to BOH Team Members ● Collaborate with BOH leadership on daily responsibilities and additional tasks SCHEDULE 2 Full Time positions available, 5 days a week AM Lead - 7am - 3pm daily, weekends required PM Lead - 2pm - close daily, weekends required BENEFITS + PERKS We offer the following benefits to our team members ● Discounts on food, beverages, and all products ● Daily shift meal ● Health and Dental insurance ● PTO ● Employee Assistance Program available to all full-time employees ● Volunteer pay BRODERS VALUES ● Exceptional hospitality ● Commitment to quality food ● Caring for each other and our community ● Safety ● Innovation through growth and change ● Efficiency and Productivity ● Respect each other ● Personal well-being
