Managing experience is required. Candidates must be team oriented, professional, have a passion for hospitality, and able to work efficiently. Looking to interview and begin training ASAP! Some responsibilities of a manager are but are not limited to: -Ensure guests receive excellent customer service at all times and ensure that customers are greeted warmly, seated promptly, and served efficiently. -Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and satisfactory manner. -Ensure that restaurant service and quality standards are constantly met -Overseeing the front-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to standards of service, appearance, and conduct -Serving as a liaison between front-of-house staff and management, relaying important information and ensuring that everyone is on the same page regarding policies, procedures, and special promotions - Maintaining a positive and productive relationship with the culinary team - Providing training to new employees and ongoing coaching to existing staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and can perform them effectively -Assist restaurant management in developing and implementing core business and marketing plans -Get acquainted with daily specials menu - Toast POS Knowledge -Perform restaurant opening and closing activities - Oversee shift transitions, handle cash-out procedures, and ensure readiness for the next service Experience In order to work as a Manager at Westville you should have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a manager in a fast paced, dining service restaurant.
