Qualifications TIPS or similar responsible beverage service certification required. Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume fine dining restaurant or bar preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
