Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Program Aide to support our After-School program. The Program Aide will join one of our Harlem Children's Zone/Promise Academy after-school programs that ensures thousands of kids in Central Harlem have an after-school program that is fun, safe, and a great learning experience. Previous experience working with children or youth in an educational, extracurricular, or after-school program is preferred but not required.
