Job Summary: Holiday Inn Express is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate is passionate about cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team leadership. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest service that our brand is known for. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness standards Assign and inspect rooms to housekeeping staff, providing feedback and support as needed Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping team members to perform at their best Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens; place orders as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving issues professionally and effectively Maintain accurate records of room status, cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and maintenance needs Communicate effectively with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations Conduct daily inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met Support housekeeping team during peak periods by assisting with cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel environment; supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Bilingual a plus (not required) Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunities for career advancement within IHG hotels Employee discounts at Holiday Inn Express and other IHG properties worldwide Ongoing training and development Join Our Team!
