Key Responsibilities: Season and trim meat for smoking according to restaurant standards. Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking tasks as directed by the chef or kitchen manager. Hold or obtain a Safe-Serve certificate to demonstrate knowledge of food safety practices. Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Communicate effectively and courteously with guests when necessary. Qualifications: Previous culinary experience is required. Familiarity with barbecue cooking techniques is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food safety protocols and standard kitchen practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests.
