Fieldwork Brewing Company is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Corte Madera Location. At our Corte Madera location in Town Center, we’re known for our constantly rotating tap list, handmade Neapolitan and Detroit-style pizzas, fresh salads, and shareable bites—all served in a lively, welcoming space. Guests can enjoy Fieldwork with friends, family, and dogs, whether they’re stopping in after a day of shopping or making us their neighborhood hangout. Our goal is simple: create exceptional and memorable experiences for every guest. What We’re Looking For We’re searching for a hands-on leader with: -2+ years of experience managing a high-volume food & beverage business ($3–5M annual revenue). -Strong people skills—someone who can coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable. -The ability to balance day-to-day operations with big-picture improvements. -A passion for hospitality and the Corte Madera community. Key Responsibilities -Lead and support the team during daily operations. -Hire, train, and coach staff to deliver outstanding service. -Oversee service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience. -Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory. -Handle cash management, deposits, and tip tracking. -Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ABC regulations. -Collaborate with leadership on improving systems and SOPs. -Coordinate private events to increase location revenue. Qualifications -Must be 21+ with valid CA driver’s license & clean record. -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. -Knowledge of draft systems preferred. -Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active on your feet.
