Modern Californian Palm Springs restaurant is recruiting a seasoned General Manager who is passionate about hospitality. We’re looking for a front of house leader in charge of a considerable team in a high-volume operation which executes service with precision in a modern style of service, cuisine and ambiance. You will need five years or more of experience in hospitality management and preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or similar area. The back office is equally as important to this role. You will need to be proficient in administration and technology to keep pace with the day-to-day workload. This job requires wearing many hats. If you have experience running a wine program, that is a big plus. Our compensation package is structured to incentivize sales as well as the bottom line, so it certainly helps if you like to take ownership in your workplace and utilize every available resource in order to problem solve and find solutions which are cost effective. This position comes with the following compensation package: Base Salary: $90K to 100K annually Profit-sharing bonus incentives Two-weeks paid vacation, accrued annually Matching 401K contibutions up to 4% of annual wages Health insurance benefits

Operate with balance: Seamlessly manage both FOH and BOH responsibilities in a hands-on leadership role. Run the show: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a high-volume, 12–15 seat taco counter setting with heavy takeout and delivery.
