Experianced Host (Brooklyn)

Pasta Louise in Park Slope is hiring! We're seeking AN EXPERIENCED HOST! Pasta Louise is a fresh pasta spot one block from Prospect Park and one block from the subway on a tree-lined street in Park Slope, Brooklyn. If you have hustle, a positive attitude and strong hosting experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant, we want to hear from you! You'll be working in a team environment, where everyone helps where and when it's needed, and where we respect and listen to one another. We have a Part Time 3-4 shifts available. The Host at Pasta Louise do a little of everything. Duties Include: Using Resy to book, organize and seat customers Communicating effectively with the front and back of house Setting tables, informing guests of menu options, occasional bussing as needed Managing a long and, at times, complicated wait list Communicate table turn times to wait staff and keep the pace of the dining room moving Assisting with take-out/delivery orders Restocking products/supplies post-shift Working super clean in a small, energy-filled workspace When applying, be sure to include the following: - Tell us why you think you would be a good fit at Pasta Louise - Your resume and three professional references with phone numbers.
