About the Job As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and care. You will work closely with the kitchen brigade to execute a refined, seasonal menu and uphold the standards of a high-end culinary environment. Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to…) -Prepare and execute dishes according to the chef's specifications and fine dining standards. -Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations. -Ensure all mise en place is completed before service and maintain quality and consistency during service. -Collaborate with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and chefs de cuisine to ensure smooth and timely service. -Follow proper food handling and storage procedures. -Participate in daily prep, cleaning, and end-of-day closing duties. -Uphold kitchen safety protocols and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
