Our beverage team is passionate about craft, precision, and hospitality — and we are seeking a dedicated Barback to support our bar operations and help maintain the highest standards of excellence. About the Job The Barback plays a critical support role behind the bar, ensuring bartenders have everything they need to operate efficiently during service. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the bar team in a fast-paced fine dining environment. Responsibilities (including but not limited to…) -Stock, organize, and replenish bar supplies including spirits, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and glassware -Prepare garnishes and ingredients in coordination with bartenders and bar prep standards -Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar, bar stations, and storage areas -Collect and clean glassware throughout service; polish as needed for fine dining presentation -Assist in receiving and organizing beverage deliveries and inventory -Remove trash and recyclables from bar area throughout shift -Support bartenders during service by anticipating needs and refilling supplies promptly -Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment -Uphold the restaurant’s standards of professionalism, hospitality, and appearance Qualifications -Previous barback or front-of-house experience in a fine dining or upscale bar environment preferred -Strong communication and teamwork skills -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods -High level of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail -Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure -Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays -Must be at least 21 years of age What We Offer This position offers competitive compensation and benefits programs with the opportunity for growth and advancement within a thriving and rapidly changing company for those with outstanding customer service skills, professionalism, superb operational knowledge, and an overall desire to grow and learn with our company.
