Responsibilities: • Wash and sanitize utensils, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment according to established standards • Keep the washing area clean, organized, and free of obstructions. • Assist in organizing and properly storing clean utensils • Actively collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. • Comply with food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times. • Take out the trash regularly and ensure bins are clean and sanitized. • Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring they remain in optimal condition throughout the shift. • Assist the chef wherever necessary Requirements: • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Positive attitude and willingness to perform various tasks. • Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant • Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness. • Flexible availability to work night shifts and holidays. • MUST HAVE VALID LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
