Broiler Person Main Role: Responsible for operating the broiler station and preparing meats, seafood, and vegetables to restaurant standards. Duties: • Cook food on the broiler to proper temperature and guest specifications. • Keep station stocked, clean, and organized at all times. • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards. • Check temperatures for food safety and quality. • Communicate with team to ensure smooth service. • Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety/sanitation rules.
