We are seeking a highly motivated individual with previous Busperson experience who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to join our team. Responsibilities Clean and reset tables after each guest leaves. Respond to guests' requests and assist them with any immediate needs. Serve bread and water upon seating and provide guests with menu items. Monitor guest needs and respond appropriately to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of customer service. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Essential Functions Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast pace environment Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the hotel areas Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shift hours Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds Requirements Previous experience as a Busperson is preferred. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have excellent communication skills. Must have strong attention to detail. The Woman’s Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked locker room while assisting members and guests in a friendly, hospitable and professional manner. Part-time:  Sunday: 3:00-9:00pm Monday: 3:00-11:00pm Job Responsibilities: Provide quality customer service to all members and guests within the locker room. Deliver a high level of hospitality & integrity, while providing a world-class experience, to help our members live well. Use prescribed cleaners to clean all surfaces (including but not limited to mirrors, tiles, stainless, toilets, carpets, showers, steam, sauna, and lockers). Quickly and effectively collect towels for laundry and ensure clean towels are adequately stocked in both the locker room and the Spa. Stock all supplies throughout the locker room (including but not limited to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hairbrushes, Q-tips, tissues, toilet paper, and paper towels). Ensure all containers are clean and legible. Report any malfunctioning or damaged equipment to the Operator and/or Supervisor. Maintain condition of lockers by checking for lost articles and debris, as well as wiping down no less than weekly. Use various tools such as mops, vacuums, and squeegees to maintain the cleanliness of all flooring throughout the locker room. Empty garbage dispensers throughout the locker room and the Spa. Clean and disinfect all surfaces necessary, including sandals and water dispensers in the Spa. Basic knowledge of the Club and Club offerings. Professionally enforce Club policies and procedures, including Children’s Guidelines.
