Kailua Status: Full-Time or Part Time Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour + tips (AND get early access to your wages before payday through DailyPay) Tips: All kitchen team members receive tips (service fee - 2% of all food sales) added to their paycheck, adding an additional $1–$3 per hour Summary of Job Responsibilities: Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn Learn and support other stations as needed Summary of Qualifications: 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience Experience with at least one of the following stations: Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza Good time management and attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to follow direction Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments Follows health & safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.) Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts Benefits & Perks: $500 hiring bonus!
