Server at The Midway (Santa Cruz)

The Midway, a market inspired, farm to table restaurant, is about to celebrate 2 years in its brick and mortar location! Established in 2020 at the Santa Cruz Community Farmer’s Market, The Midway is focused on using the best local ingredients. Chef and owner, Katherine Stern works closely with local farmers and purveyors, creating a rotating menu that highlights the bounty of the season. The Midway currently serves, lunch, brunch and dinner Thursday-Monday. Seeking an applicant with at least 1 year of serving experience. Should be available for at least 3 shifts. An interest and understanding of local and seasonal produce is preferred. Must be tidy, organized and punctual with good communication skills. Should be knowledgeable and comfortable with multi tasking but also understand the importance of asking for help when needed. Being a team player is very important!
