Generally this position works by themself, so you need to be able to handle orders on your own. Pretty slow pace, but when a few tickets come in, you need to be able to handle it. Unless it is a busy night, then two would be on. I encourage any ideas for food specials you may want to try on customers. I have just flipped the kitchen and am looking for a new, positive attitude.
