Maintain and keep a clean bar. candidates must possess bartending experience behind a bar focusing on hand crafted cocktails. The candidate must be skillful at customer service and customer interaction throughout the dining experience. He/She is a perfectionist and craftsman. We expect the right candidate also to possess the same passion and knowledge in food as our qualified server candidates.
