Provide menu information and assist servers as needed. Cook Duties Prepare and cook meals following recipe and presentation standards. Set up and clean workstations and equipment. Ensure ingredient quality and proper storage. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Communicate with the team to maintain timely service. Dishwasher Duties Clean dishes, flatware, kitchen appliances, and cookware. Help reset and prepare tables. Take out trash, rinse bins, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Support with receiving and storing deliveries.
