Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. Your ability to provide outstanding service and craft high-quality beverages will be essential to our establishment's success. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with guests, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections. Process cash and credit transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of mixology, new products, and industry trends. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
