ShareMcGillin's Olde Ale House, Philadelphia's Oldest Bar is hiring a full time (30 hours minimum per week) server. Candidates excel in a high energy, extremely fast paced environment in a crowded environment. We are seeking individuals with maturity, strong work ethic and desire to make some money! A server at McGillin's works hard and reaps the rewards. Full-time generally is three night shifts (primarily a weekend schedule initially) and gives you the opportunity to pick up shifts through the week. We are also looking for lunch servers which is more part-time. Our full time staff enjoys an excellent quality of life, a hefty health benefit contribution (after 60 days) and a 401k (after one year of service). This position is available if this is your primary job, if you have a day job this is probably not the right fit. We have a very stable staff and looking for someone who can jump right in and join our team! Best bet is to come in and apply in person!
