Looking for a reliable, energetic personal assistant who’s ready to work hard and help get things done around a ceramic studio. The role is a mix of physical work, slab rolling and pugging clay, organizing, and problem-solving — ideal if you like variety and staying active and you're a self starter. Responsibilities • Perform high quality retouching for fine art reproductions • Prepare and manage digital files for large-format fine art printing • Operate and assist with archival pigment printing workflows • Handle and finish fine art prints with care, precision, and proper technique • Support quality control throughout the production process • Collaborate with the team on special projects and edition printing Requirements • Advanced Photoshop skills, with emphasis on retouching and color accuracy • A minimum of 2 years of experience in printmaking and digital workflows • Detail-oriented with excellent visual judgment and consistency • Ability to handle large-format prints safely and efficiently • Must be able to lift 50–60 lbs and stand for extended periods • Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration skills • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed)
