About the Role: We’re seeking someone with a sharp eye for design, a strong work ethic, and solid experience in everyday arrangements, weddings, and funerals. You’ll be working with premium flowers in a fast-paced shop where quality and customer satisfaction are non-negotiable. You must: Have 2+ years of hands-on floral design experience Be comfortable designing solo or from reference photos Know how to manage time efficiently and handle multiple orders Be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays Thrive in a collaborative but high-standard work environment Bonus if you: Have wedding/event floral experience Speak Greek or Spanish Can assist with plant care and merchandising This is not an entry-level or hobbyist position. RESPONSIBILITIES As a live seller in Tik Tok, you will be responsible to showcase the products and its details and send a strong message about the sustainable and slow fashion practices You will be responsible to represent Karma Nepal Crafts ethical and sustainable fashion during the live stream. Engage in a live streaming session with the consumer by responding to their questions and assisting them in making a purchasing choice. You will be responsible for letting the customers know about the restocks and new arrivals while streaming live. We’re looking for a creative, high-energy personality who knows how to sell on camera while also understanding the behind-the-scenes strategy that makes live shopping successful. Position Details: Part-time: ~9–12 hours per week $50+/hour In-store position at our Union Square location Responsibilities: Host live shopping events (primarily TikTok Live, but also explore platforms such as Instagram Live, YouTube Live Shopping, Amazon Live, and Facebook Live). Showcase and sell fabrics, trims, and sewing-related products in an engaging way that builds audience trust and drives sales. Create a consistent live shopping calendar and work with our team to plan themes, product drops, and promotions. Track performance and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and sales. Requirements (do not apply unless you meet these): Prior sales experience (retail, online, or live shopping). Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and how to build audiences and engagement on live video. Knowledge of fabrics and sewing-related products (experience with textiles, design, or fashion retail is a major plus).
