Our client, a mission-driven, nonprofit senior care organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior leaders. This onsite role is located in Roslindale, MA, offers parking and public transit access, pays $30/hour, and runs Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. The assignment is expected to last 3+ months with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities Manage complex calendars for multiple executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization. Serve as a primary point of contact, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with other executive assistants to provide seamless team support. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them. Support meetings, correspondence, and logistics as needed.
