In this role, you will use your instructional skills to create the high-quality data that powers sophisticated language models. This is a unique, short-term contract opportunity to work at the forefront of AI development, perfect for those who excel at making complex subjects easy to understand. What You'll Do: • Design Educational Prompts: Craft detailed scenarios and questions with multiple constraints designed to test and improve the AI's reasoning and writing abilities. • Develop Clear Grading Rubrics: Define what a high-quality, correct answer looks like. You'll create comprehensive standards to evaluate the AI's performance. • Evaluate AI Responses: Test your prompts with AI models and meticulously grade their outputs against the rubrics you created. • Ensure Quality and Consistency: Collaborate with our team in a quality assurance process to refine prompts and rubrics, ensuring they are rigorous and reliable enough for official benchmarks. Who You Are: • An excellent writer and critical thinker with a strong academic background (Bachelor's degree completed or in progress). • A natural at breaking down complex topics into clear, concise instructions. • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently to meet project goals. • Familiar with using AI tools like ChatGPT to explore ideas or streamline tasks. • Bonus: You have 2+ years of experience in teaching or research. The Opportunity: • Role: Remote, Asynchronous Freelance Contractor • Flexibility: Work entirely on your own schedule. • Commitment: Expect to contribute a minimum of 20 hours per week for approximately one month. • Impact: Your work will directly contribute to a high-impact research project in a structured and supportive environment. • Pay: $35 - $40 per hour Our Application Process: 1.
