Teaching position available for an early childhood professional in our toddler program. We are looking for a loving, nurturing, talented professional with previous experience in a child care center setting. The perfect teacher will be ready to spend time on the floor with children on their lap. Must be willing to learn and follow all WACs and company protocols. Ideal candidate will possess or be working toward a certificate or AA degree in Early Childhood. Excellent communication skills required to create positive rapport with both children and families. TSG experience a plus! We are looking for a strong team player with a warm, caring and positive attitude that is able to connect with an amazing group of children alongside a co-teacher! The Youth Programs Assistant shall assist with the supervision of children at Youth Programs, including MM Youth Club, Summer Camp, Enrichment activities & other events. The assistant will provide input on program planning. The assigned work site for the Assistant may change throughout the year based on program needs. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The duties of the position of Youth Program Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following: • Assistant will help the site Coordinator in managing the room, including addressing minor behavioral issues with youth attending the programs; • Assist with program planning for Youth Programs.
