Job Summary Assistant II duties will include engaging with children during a variety of activities, including art, music, play, reading, napping assistance, meal preparation, outdoor activities, diapering, changing clothes and daily cleaning of the child care space. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required. 2. A minimum of 1 year childcare preferred, preferably in a licensed facility. 3. Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills. 4. Must be at least 18 years of age. 5. Must possess a valid driver’s license. 6. Must be available for travel as needed. 7.
